It’s Simple! Just log on to www.destingrocerygirls.com and complete your shopping lists at least five (5) days prior to your arrival date. For all orders received outside of the five (5) days we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. A small expedite fee may be added. DGG will confirm receipt of all orders.?

What should I expect when I arrive at my vacation spot?

No Worries! Let the Fun begin� DGG will have your requested items delivered upon your arrival, neatly arranged and stocked in your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival, unless otherwise requested, barring complications with entry to your unit, prior tenant departures or cleaning schedule conflicts. If you are arriving on a holiday, your order may be delivered later but you will be notified of estimated time.

How much time do I have to place my order before my requested delivery date?

Visit our website at www.destingrocerygirls.com at least five (5) days ahead of your arrival date. However, DGG understands last minute travel plans and we will always make every effort to accommodate same. During peak season, one day and same day service rates may apply. What type of payment do you accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Can I order additional items?

Absolutely. Often, additional items are thought of after placing your initial order. Simply contact DGG via email or telephone. Once you have arrived, if you run out of items, forgot some items in your original order or just want to place another order during your stay, simply contact us via email destingrocerygirls@gmail.com or telephone at 850-512-2347.

Can I get organic products?

We will make every effort to fill all requests for organic products, if available. Please note clearly on your order form all organic selections. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.

Do you deliver items for Special Occasions?

Yes. Just let DGG know the special event and the dollar amount you would like to spend. Whether it is a gift basket; specialty dessert; bouquet of flowers, just let us know and as always we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour cancellation is required with a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee. If you do not cancel within the specified time your credit card will be charged for the full amount of groceries/personal items requested. Specialty orders are non-refundable.
